We offer a warranty for quality issues with the material, including non-human factors like cracking and peeling.

2.⁠ ⁠Warranty Period

The warranty period is 1 year from the date of project completion.

3.⁠ ⁠Warranty Conditions

• The warranty covers issues that occur under normal usage conditions only.
• Customers must follow our recommended maintenance and usage guidelines for the microcement surface.
• Installation must be completed by our authorized personnel. Unauthorized installations are not covered under warranty.

4.⁠ ⁠Exclusions

The following are not covered by this warranty:

• Damage due to abnormal use or intentional harm.
• Microcement damage caused by structural changes to the building.
• Damage from chemicals, acidic substances, or high temperatures.
